Fit for single entrepreneurs and small teams up to 3, our suites are individually leased and managed by our studio professionals with freedom to customize their studio design with access to our internal construction design team. The community floorplan is designed like a neighborhood of small businesses, a door to door feel, with the benefit of private layout options to suit all types of specialty businesses.
